Organizational Assessment
Strategic Solutions was pleased to work with the Township of Pine, as it underwent a transition from its long-time Township Manager and Director of Planning.
In addition to serving as the Township’s Interim Assistant Township Manager and Planning Director, the Strategic team was also tasked with completing an organizational assessment to determine appropriate staffing levels for each department and to make efficient use of current staffing capacity.
Serving as Township staff during this time of transition enabled our team to provide thoughtful leadership while making key personal, first-hand observations that established critical recommendations to move the Township forward operationally.
